The formation of an English PLC is somewhat complex and should only be undertaken if you are fully aware that all steps and expenses must be documented and then certified by an auditor.
The establishment process also differs significantly from that of an LTD by Shares or Guarantee. You will need at least two directors as well as a certified secretary.
The share capital must be available in cash and must be immediately deposited into the newly opened company account.
