LLC Limited Liability Company – Annual Fee

The annual fee includes:

• Registration and incorporation of a new LLC, including the services of a local registered agent for one calendar year in one of the following jurisdictions:
• Belize
• Nevis
• Provision of all management services through Lighthouse Management Services LLC, a Nevis limited liability company.
