This service is commonly used when a trustee is needed to establish a German company. In such cases, the trustee travels to a German notary and, after extensive consultation with you, forms the company.
The following costs are included:
✅ Notarization and apostille of the English incorporation documents of the company, which the trustee uses to establish the German company at the German notary.
✅ Notary fees and German commercial register costs.
✅ Travel expenses for the trustee to the German notary and the time required for this process.
Important:
The trustee directorship does not include managing the German company.
