For a company that was established by another provider, you must obtain the AuthCode from the commercial register before transferring it to us.

The appointment of a trustee requires trust from both parties. If we determine that appointing a trustee involves excessive risk, we reserve the right to decline the appointment.

One of our English staff members will act as the sole director (managing director) of your new company while you remain discreetly in the background.

The trustee services can be extended to various areas, up to the premium level.

This offer includes all flat-rate services for the English address and all reports to the commercial register (Company Accounts and Confirmation Statement) as well as their timely submission.

This service is commonly used when a trustee is needed to establish a German company. In such cases, the trustee travels to a German notary and, after extensive consultation with you, forms the company.

The following costs are included:
✅ Notarization and apostille of the English incorporation documents of the company, which the trustee uses to establish the German company at the German notary.
✅ Notary fees and German commercial register costs.
✅ Travel expenses for the trustee to the German notary and the time required for this process.

Important:

The trustee directorship does not include managing the German company.
If a nominee service for the German company is also required, it must be ordered separately.
