An immediate appointment or change of the existing director in the commercial register is possible within 24 hours.

For a company founded by another provider, you will necessarily need the AuthCode from the commercial register before transferring to us.

The appointment of a trustee requires trust from both parties.

If we determine that appointing a trustee involves maximum risk, we reserve the right to decline the appointment.

One of our English employees will act as the sole director (managing director) of your new company while you discreetly operate in the background. Annual fee: EUR 148.

The trustee management is limited to the registration in the commercial register and the occasional signing of documents, which will be returned by mail, fax, or email.
